A lot of that was best guess. I presumed that the tailings could be treated "wet" because of the line in the ann (top page 2)that the separation involved a "combination of magnetic force, fluid and gravity". Perhaps my est. is on the low side, I too am no expert in recovery of Vanadium but that does not sound like a process that will use much more that a fair amount of electricity for the magnets, and that seems to be a cheap commodity there.

I considered trying to use the lower tonnage but thought that this was probably the richer zones for the vanadium. Therefore all that would change is that you dig less dirt and get a similar return in graphite and vanadium. It just costs you less to dig and process, therefore I used the announced average figures.
