As Joe Hockey said we have no more Assets to sell that's why Gross Debt is the Debt that matters and Net Debt is Smoke and Mirrors.

Rubbish. Net debt is just interest bearing liabilities less interest bearing assets.
We have circa 370 billion of assets of which about 150 billion are interest bearing.
