RM said: The Holy nature of God is a very difficult concept to grasp as purity will not coexist with evil, the judgement day and hell are the consequences.

I would like to present an image to you, below. This image is something contrary to the sovereign that you say has emotions, such as "hating sin". The image below is free from hate because, generally, although human beings often hate, generally, all human beings hate to be hated. In short, hate is not a pleasant emotion, just like having a parent that hates & is violent is not pleasant.
The imagine below is a 'world view' or 'cosmology'. In brief, it shows the mental states that human beings experience.
What is notable in each image in the image is a person standing with calmness & compassion, free from hate, offering both safety, non-judgement & help.
In the centre of the image there are five triangles, which depict five human mental states.
In the top left hand triangle, is the world of 'gods', i.e., kings, politicians, powers & principalities, etc, who can be seen engaging in war. Or there are the 'gods' living a luxury easy life. Here, the calm man is standing with a lute, advising the 'gods' to channel their energy towards love & beauty (rather than war & punishment).
In the top right hand triangle, there is the 'human' world of middle class folk of society, who work hard, are not overly ambitious, having families, have a relative degree of contentment, etc. Here, the calm man symbolises a monk, which means encouraging the common folk towards renunciation or learning to giving up.
Below the 'gods', there is the 'animal' world, which depicts the immorality of unreflectively following emotion drives at whim. Here, the calm man is ready to teach the animal world morality.
Below the 'human world' is the 'hungry ghost' (yes, not to be confused with 'holy ghost') world, where the inhabitants with small mouths and large stomachs cannot obtain satisfaction. this is the world of insatiable greed & addiction. Here, the calm man is ready to teach the antidote of 'generosity' to the ghosts. Instead of being greedy, instead, being generous (philanthropy) will bring happiness.
At the very bottom is the world of 'hell'. You can notice your 'god' & Sarco's god metering out the punishment in 'hell'. "Hell" here is the mental sphere of anguish, sorrow, anger, despair, anxiety, torment, etc. Here, the calm man has His Special Book in his hand, which teaches the Four Noble Truths. For those in the 'hell' of suffering, the Four Noble Truths can liberate them.
Therefore, your 'god' of terror & punishment, which for some reason you regard as 'holy', is depicted as the warden of hell and also as the Creator of this whole wheel of emotional states.
Where as the calm man is offering compassion, help & solutions in these worlds created by this creator.
Can you see how the purity of this calm man is co-existing with the natural ordinary 'evils' of life?
