As we have all seen how the LNY market has been totally distorted from day one, why doesn't management read the writing that is so clearly on the wall and throw out this current proposal and come out with a very simple CR just to cover further drilling and testing and to defer that grandiose and selfish plan of offsetting shares to repay that huge debt.

Issue it at .01, limited to $5 million and get cracking with some serious drilling and testing!! That will enable shareholders to very significantly reduce their average costs, very significantly increase their equity and most importantly to get back into the game with some hope of recovering their initial investment.

It has all gone pear shape and this could turn out to be an absolute farce. Come on management, THINK about what is happening and show some consideration to your shareholders. Disenfranchising them, on top of seeing their investment value crashed by over 90% is not my idea of a Board that is trying to "add value" for those shareholders.
