The BBY trading suggests that the CDU share plan has been buying.
They can buy something like 7 million shares before they hit their 5% limit.
As they wont go to exactly 5% or above, they wont need to announce anything. Their buying if its taken place, will only be seen when the next quarterly numbers come out at the end of October.
