They've already stated they are going to reduce activity to reduce spend so I wouldn't hold my breath waiting for an announcement.
IMO this can re-rate merely on whats already been defined previously, existing resources, so long as gold and the gold sector can turn this rebound into a new trend. A new trend would also free the board up to be more aggressive in their exploration if there is the perception that they can get their next capital raising off at a reasonable price.
