re: settlement confirmation I expect part of the settlement to be a licensing fee but also IP property. GTG can then use this IP to develop their own research or sell on to other companies. Have a listen to Merv's speech at Rodman conference last week....
So potentially a win for GTG in 3 areas
a) Licensing fee
b) IP Property
c) Door opened to pursue the other 2500 companies on
their database for more licensing fees.
