They dont need to get to 90% - 51% is all they need to get control and the product - plenty of companies around with only 51% interest they probably dont even want 100% - Similar thing happened to Exco - ironically it was Ivanhoe who did the job on Exco shareholders by agreeing to sell their 15% up front to SOL-
