I got one back too kincella, but I thought what a ridiculous waste of government (our) money.
You send an email, which costs nothing but time to reply to. Instead, they draw a piece of letterhead - printed, at cost to the tax payer, and post it by snail mail at cost to the tax payer.
Crazy!
At least my answer from Julia Gillard was quick and by email - where I waited weeks to get the reply from Tony Abbott.
