Add the next paragraph onto that one and it gets even more confusing-
The purpose of the Issue is to raise approximately $6,057,610 before Issue costs. During the current period of volatile gold prices, the Company views it as a prudent strategy to increase its immediate working capital to ensure that the Company can meet its development targets and obligations under its finance facilities. The Company is taking the opportunity to restructure its hedge book to more appropriately align the benefits of the hedge position with near term operational requirements and ensure it meets its obligations under its finance facilities. The effect of the restructure is to recast the contracts related to 74,971oz of the Company’s hedge book from a forward curve with an average hedge price of $1,680/oz to a flat forward with an average price of $1,638/oz over the same time period out to September 2015. This will more appropriately align the future benefits of the hedge book with the Company’s debt repayment obligations at the same time as realising $3,000,000 which will increase the immediate working capital of the Company.
In connection with and in consideration for the Company’s financiers agreeing to the hedge book restructure described above, the Company has undertaken to deposit $3,000,000 into a Debt Service Reserve Account (DSRA), which is required to be maintained by the Company in accordance with its existing financing agreements. Accordingly, $3,000,000 of the proceeds from the Rights Issue will be used to fund the DSRA.

To me this says that deal releases $3m to working capital but requires $3M to be deposited in the Reserve account in order to do so, drops the average hedge price and creates uncertainty amongst share holders.
I'm still confused....
