If you aren't in the business of mining i can definitely see how it is hard to understand sometimes why managment makes their decisions especially when most shareholders would like to see significant gains immediately. Often it isn't as simple as digging dirt and melting it into money.

If you haven't yet read the prospectus from front to back i implore you to do so with an open mind as it is often hard to see stuff when you go in with a pre concieved opinion.
