Hmnn that isn't what the announcement says - its a ceasing to be substantial holder notice which means they have dropped under 5% - they could still have up to 10m shares to unload - however they started with 34m so at least long termers are in the final straight now to see the back of them.

Ask the PLV holders what happened when J/P Morgan lodged their 605 notice - could still be a big final dump to come.
