OLD Story, this was the case when it dropped to less then 10$.
Not just NCM it was all over the place. All big guys were in same disaster.
This time is bargains for smarts same reserves same number of shares but cheap.
NICE TRY though,
my problem is you have no effect whatsoever on major game players and SP setters, WHY are you doing this?
