Well ASF if you compare them with DTL for eg you get UXC with @7.37 EPS with arguably improving metrics and positive outlook and DTL with @7.88 EPS and arguably deteriorating metrics and negative outlook.
At least that's my take on the respective reports.
ATM UXC is trading at a slightly lower SP.
Obviously an increase in IT spending, takeovers or sector consolidation should be a positive.
