The shares went to a single entity - not the options, so the options and the shares are not linked.
Re the price of the options - they were issued at A$0,001 but have a strike of A$0,02. As such if they are exercised the company will raise A$1,000,000. The wording of the announcement was vague but this is the way it will surely work!
