One would think that they are the front line in this situation. I respect the man says he wants to be left alone but personally I don't think he knows what he wants or else he wouldn't be there. He needs medical help on two fronts. He has a tumour which needs addressing and he has 'mental' issues which need addressing. And I don't mean he is crazy. It's a trying time and he needs guidance to help him sort out decisions.
