    Support is still only at 14.5 and over the last month it has been easy pickings for the short traders when it hits 16.5cents as it always falls back, it just cant close above that mark and stay there...Only after if breaks through this resistance at 16.5cents and stays above it will things change and sentiment change and if the IO prices stay above $100....IMO..
