The fact that ANL would move below 10 cents did not require any brain surgery. If you dilute the share by 15 times and only claim 5 cents for the rights share, if the share price was 40 cents it would now be less that 10 cents. The question is what is the price on a per share basis after the rights issue. I know with my shares and rights my cost per shar droped in less than 8 cents per share.
