Just to put a few mistruths to bed ... The above day in question was relatively.. 'VERY LOW' volume on the NASDAQ .. I hope that PBMD is the stock code for your US counterpart ?
"...The price is determined by manipulators on very very low volumes on ASX.."
Also, the price is manipulated on all exchanges in Very High volumes, not low volumes.
Comparison day charts below for PBMD/PRR.., followed by one for PRR.
The highest volume day btw in the US of late only traded abt $900K .. while a BIG day on PRR can be double that.
