OK guys.

I don't think that bringing up old 'misdeeds' by a CEO, necessarily reflects on that persons current trustworthiness.

Should there be a statute of limitations on a persons ability to run a company or enterprise, if they have been proven to be untrustworthy?

Should Bond, Skase, Adler and Co be forgiven for their past transgressions?

I suppose that it depends on their level of 'misdeed'.

I'm not saying that Alan is in anyway as culpable as those guys, but as the saying goes, "forgive, but don't forget".
