I was fortunate to ride the spike a few months back and sold at a nice profit, but I've been waiting for a while to get back in.
The only thing really stopping me (other than I'd like it to be below 30cents/share when I buy!), is that it seems, to me, very strange to pay a dividend after a cap raising, and when there is still debt.
I suspect they want to pay a dividend to set a base and get dividend-hungry people interested, and also because the directors collectively own a lot of shares. But it makes me somewhat nervous.
