As I mentioned in my post I also think they have enough on their plate so I would be surprised if it is for acquisitions although they may mention that as a potential use of funds.

As I have posted before, you would think this seller would have enough brains to let the stock go up first with the bullish sector and sell into a rising sp instead of capping the price as they have done for a few weeks now.
Problem is they often give an order like this to a broker.
The broker is more interested in finishing the order as quickly as is reasonably possible rather than getting the best possible price. So using ones brains to maximise the sell price doesn't really apply.
