Yes Chuk made a quick move on ABU as well immediately following the big volume sale going through. Overhang likely now gone, or soon will be (I hope) but maybe even more importantly just who is the big buyer? My guess is someone else is seeing value here. Hope it is Sprott. Big tick that would be.
The next few days/weeks we should find out I guess, with the first Old Pirate trial mining results to come in soon, followed by step ramp up to full scale mining once the mining lease is signed off.
Had been deliberating on this for a few days and the big sale this arvo jelled my resolve promptly picking up another nice parcel just prior to 4pm.
Nearly time for ABU to catch up is my guess.
After 2 years of gloom this current sea change in sentiment to our ASX goldies is already something to behold. Just hope it is on for real this time, or soon will be.
First movers as always the producers then as they move up the high potential soon to be miners to follow. With easy dig free milling high grade surface gold a plenty in the Tanami ABU just maybe at the front of the pack.
The IGO ABU Lake Mackay J/V just initiated should keep exploration reporting hot in the longer term as mining ramps up at twin bonanza, all funded from increasing cash flow from IGO.s major Tropicana discovery now ramping up into production. Could not think of a better partner than this. Getting closer to real Lasseter country down there with some massive quartz reefing in the area. Maybe much to look forward to in having a serious exploration effort in this still under explored and remote region.
