We need more lawyers like Burnside in sport. If you are not the victim, for an appropriate fee he will make you into one.
Don't bother with the facts, attack the process. It works most times. Even play the "you don't have the jurisdiction" card - that one complicates it for everybody but the lawyers and is hard to defend without one.
