Forgot to add...that IMO, it points to questions regarding the validity of the science.
Shifting focus in "many" cases coould be construed as a diversionary tactict used to coverup an underlying, sometimes fundamental problem. You can dress it up however you like, i.e. "let's expand the pain portfolio while we try to fix our core problem", but the fundamental problem exists.

From the 26 July Annoucement:
Oxy C - The Company expects this Phase 2 trial to be conducted in the first half of 2014.

Oxy M - Company expects this Phase 2 trial to be conducted in the first half of 2014.

imo, first half of 2014 is likely close to June 2014. Another 10 months away before starting Ph2. Really....and when would we be likely to see a Ph3 trial?
....and what was the $24.1M placement for...holiday houses in Sorrento!

My question: Will POH ever see a Ph2/3 trial?
We were all expecting Ph3 to have been done and dusted by the end of this year.

What is better for POH's pain patch program and its shareholders, putting all its eggs in one basket or diversifying the portfolio potentially extending/delaying any desired end point in any of the programs within the portfolio.

Afterall its only time and money. But a competitor may just release a new techology before POH decides to complete a pain program and where would that leave the ever expanding portfolio.

POH has no leverage without completion of a pain program, this is where I thought Oxy C was heading during the Cap Raise at the end of 2011.

The rest of POHs product pipeline are sideshows designed to sugercoat for a limited time only, which eventually fade away.

Excuse my ramblings today, but its the way i see it after reflecting for a few months since Esragate.
