rough estimates for next cap raise

    I did an analysis of the last 3 quarters trying to figure out when the next CR will be. These are roughly entered from the quarterlies (didn't enter interest cash and misc items). Looks like Kevin doesn't like to get below $2.3M.

    I think BGS will go for a cap raising soon after the next quarterly.
