Very astute point you make.
CDU have been very creative with their reporting and the
structure of the Ann's. They give the intent but leave
the detail open to speculation knowing full well that the
true believers will take all the info literally and read
into it what they want to believe.
At times the SH are told what they want to hear.

Recently CDU mentioned early Ncu sales.
This was given at a time when the Co. was under siege and
a morale boosting stunt was required even though CDU
stated on many occasions that ore would
NOT BE STOCKPILED due to oxidation!
It went further to state that the "containers"
were either on site or on the way.
Now are these the specialized sealed containers for the
rail transport [which is at least a year away?]
or are they planning to use the"transport" containers
that have been used to deliver goods to site?
This was not qualified or questioned by any SH or members
of this site why would they we will soon be rolling in the
cash!
The main point that has been totally forgotten is that CDU
said it was a POSSIBILITY and they were INVESTIGATING
if they COULD find a buyer.
It was not a done deal as many allude to.
According to this forum lots of cash will be in the bank
SOON and this will be more than enough to pay for any
future expenditure including "the mine" rail and port!

As for the question you raised it may be true that CDU
have paid for the plant to SINO but maybe they conveniently
omitted that all other costs including payments to other
suppliers contractors etc etc are still required!
Why let the truth get in the way of a good story.

BTW at the current SP a buy is a sure thing it's only
a matter of how much you will make on your investment
and how long it will take.
