Yes debt ceiling problems and they want to taper.

Any tapering is depending on data and the latest housing data was poor.
Even when they do taper it might only be 65-75 billion of "QE" instead of 85 bill. I think its the realisation of that which helped POG to recover, along with the data on gold consumption increases especially from China.

It would be easy for those of us that bought late yesterday or on the open today at 3.3 or 3.4 to be tempted to take a quick profit on ABU here, but after this stock was held back for two or three weeks when many others gained 50% or more, I think we should see more than just one morning of gains or 7%.
We also have seen a pretty much 100% run of news being positive so I'm not betting against that run continuing on the next update.
