I think its fantastic diectors get $1.2 million worth of shares.$1.2m is a substantial amount of money,these blokes already own 6% of the company,another $1.2m gives them a huge incentive to make the company highly profitable.
Minor shareholders come and go,many will take profits quickly from the shares allocated.
We need solid mangement with a lot of skin in the company and that is what we have.
