Perhaps the offtake agreement determines whether oil is trucked daily or weekly or monthly ,for example , and this determines how much oil needs to be stored at any one time .
Observation : too many posters here expect quick results - we had an update 6 days ago though for many probably feels a lot longer if you're checking in every 5 mins
