this "faulty pipes" matter seems to have gained traction. It isn't accurate.
The company stated also that there was "premature wearing of equipment" as well as the pipe clogging issue.
Somehow this got abbreviated to "faulty pipes" or "clogged pipes" or "fix the pipes".
I don't think there is need to take the tack that your taking.
It's not just faulty pipes. You are sort of suggesting that the company is pulling a fast one and saying its only the pipes. It isn't. We know. Mr Market knows it's not.
