what makes you so certain there will be an announcement before the AGM? Or is it just wishful thinking? I would have thought that the last thing FAS would want is for finance to come through before they have a chance to get us to vote on a share issue.

A funding announcement would pretty much negate the need for issuing shares. Personally I think a funding announcement is still a long way off.
