U r right. DSR ratio is above avge for both houses and units for Armadale and below avge for Deception Bay.
Could be that Deception bay has more potential for capital gain.Brisbane is at the bottom of the property cycle while Perth is a rising market(API magazine). New train line for D bay-is this going to bring in more demand? Likely IMO.
Still, Fannella has to walk the streets(btw which are best ones?)and try to bag a bargain.
