So far as I can tell from Texas RRC the 3rd offshore well in Galveston Bay (that was allowed to produce concurrently with the first two) did not get a permit till 2nd week of August.

One interpretation of PB remarks is that the 3rd well was a few weeks away from permit to drill. If it takes 8 weeks to drill then don't expect flow test till 2nd week of October. I dont think it will take 8 weeks to drill and flow test. I expect an oil production update in September that covers all oil production including cedar point progress, upcoming Umiat season plan and possibly an update that core analysis from lower grandstand is complete.
