No, when it comes to Rouge states, the USA is the biggest and most out of control of them all.
They waltz in on their own terms when they decide with or without permission from either the UN or the country in question - with or without justification.
If anyone else does this and kills thousands of people it is called terrorism
They use torture. They are armed with weapons of mass destruction and they are the only country to have ever used the biggest of them AND against civilian populations.
It wouldn't be too bad if they knew what they were doing, but results speak for themselves - all they leave is a bloody mess and a lot of broken families.
They haven't won a war in ages and they leave societies with a bigger mess than ever.
Then as a result, people throw bombs at them and fly planes into their buildings and they can't understand why they aren't liked.
As a nation they are very stupid and gross. As individuals, there are some very lovely people - just like in the rest of the world.
They need to learn to stay home.
