I tell you what would solve the problem is PB reporting the same as other oil companies when a price sensitive well is drilled.
The standard reporting is you announce when the well spuds and then do weekly updates as to the depth of the well.
If you hit hydro carbons you either announce it straight away or put a trading halt on the stock until you can give an accurate update.

PB if your out there this is how a company is supposed to be run !
