Bacci, You talk total rubbish. It is an international crime to use chemical weapons , especially on civilians. Secondly , the world appointed the United Nations as world policeman , but unfortunately they are ridden with corruption, indecision, and vested interests . So unless major powers such as the US and the UK and France act alone, then nothing happens. The number of innocent deaths grows, and the world starts calling out for the US to do something. There is no easy answer but doing nothing should not be an option.
