So you would prefer including the newly converted PXUPA in the rights issue?
I'd probably prefer converion date of Nov 20 and Rights record date of Nov 19. So only existing holders can participate to claw back some of the dilution of PXUPA. But ofcourse that depends on the conversion terms. If they are willing to give then so should PPX.
