Let me begin by saying that MR was guarded and careful not to say anything that could be construed as "undisclosed information". Also, I am paraphrasing his remarks as best I can recall, these are not verbatim quotes.


1. Cap Raising
Delighted by oversubscription from Insto placement of $21m. Scale back required refunding $8m. (boo hoo!)

Happy with the quality and spread of the new insto's on the register. Not likely to be short termers as they are all aware of the success of Dendreon and looking to emulate that.

SPP seems likely to be oversubscribed too, meaning scaleback will also be required. (MY guess they will accept slightly more than the nominated $20m in proportion to the Insto placement).
