Was your first quote from the GM's reference to the Quarterly Report meant to be a double negative ?
To my understanding "Not insignificant costs" means there will be significant costs.
The second quote speaks of the normality of such repairs in a large manufacturing facility.
So am I correct in understanding that the GM was confirming that these repairs will be expensive?
