Well i'm still holding ,i agree and disagree with starrr.
I can understand why the market has had enough of ASG,the reasons have been posted many times.
On the other hand my very simple maths seem to indicate ASG has reduced debt by approx 10m for me that equates to approx .05 cents eps.So the way i look at it, they do know their business and surely they have something to show for the acquisitions they have written down so with eps of.05 cents this should at least represent a .50 cent sp especially when compared to hsn, smx, okn valuations, yes i know these 3 have no debt unlike asg but if asg can reduce debt by 10m plus there should be savings as they are not chasing and expensing the large contracts which by memory was a considerable sum i agree with starrr at .35 it seems good value.
ps not to say it can't fall further but at .68 it seemed a fair price for buyer and asg when everything is considered. And in my completely ignorant opinion it stands out as a t/o target when compared to hsn, smx, okn when their customers, asg's pre acquisition reputation and even debt is taken into account.
And this sector should see some reasonable consolidation.
ps please don't tell me asg did a CR in FY 2013.
