What a mess - at last price ($0.015) it would imply 177M shares to be issued under 1 cent at $0.009 and 70M attached options. Leaving the options aside that figure points to a 39% increase in registry - so they handed out 39% of the company for $1.6M ? I still can't believe they didn't put that move for capital across the board to shareholders when from outset it always had the potential to blow the dilution trumpet out as can be seen now. 3 months to maturity or 2 months until the VWAP measure begins for the discount.
