ASF the numbers are just working off the Convertible Note notice - it's actually $1.6M I just obviously rounded numbers a bit for whole figures. I've added the link if you want to double check it for me obviously all my numbers are marginally out with rounding to simple whole figures and some sums just done off the head but they're all close.
Just on this bit - "$1.593m for the company"
that cash is done it came forward on the issue of the notes not the conversion later this year.
