ASF - as far as I am aware no money comes from them the issue of the shares is just the obligation agreed upon when the cash was put forward.

They are (imo) in real trouble for cash as it stands - the possible avenues to grab cash forward are the R&D Tax Credit and a deal or milestone should they strike one. Other than that I find it very hard to see anyone coming forward with any kind of reasonable cash solution as long as that issue is overhanging - who is really going to come forward and agree to pay more than the impending issue of a significant stake in the company and even then I think (and again my opinion) most have probably given up on granting credit to any near term deal after the last few years ? It's a real grind from here best outcome (again in my opinion) is if they can get the rebate credit and get struck out by Janssen but hey that's probably a bit dreamy.
