re: Ann: NuSep announces 30 June 2013 Full Ye... Many of the directors and management started out with Gradipore many years ago.

This company then became Life Therapeutics with many of the directors still involved. Life Therapeutics then had issues (I spoke to the people involved when that fell over and was not happy with what I heard.

NuSep was then borne out of Life Therapeutics and their 'main' objectives were 'gels'.

The IP on the membranes has travelled through from Gradipore.

We still have most of the same directors/management but the focus of the organisation has been slowly changing.

This is obviously a very abbreviated 'overview'.

The directors, through all of these changes and processes have continued to grow their emoluments and taken bonuses along the way with false and misleading figures.

They have NEVER apologised to their shareholders for their actions over the years.

I really do hope that the Singapore venture succeeds but I have had enough.

In saying that, considering the years I have been with the various directors/management involved (and I have had conversations and email communication with them from time to time) I plan to keep a close watch on what I hope will be a successful company.

Whilst they continue to make errors going forward - in their accounts and due diligence on 'deals' - I plan to keep a close watch and from time to time keep 'new investors' and existing investors/shareholders reminded of prior issues that are relevant, particularly where there are no apologies forthcoming from directors/management.
