s'ok Stu..wine or 3 this end also
for me it isn't about Rudd.
I really dislike the 'vote for the leader' because they actually are only the persona that the 'party' elevates to be the spokesperson.
They fail...and bye bye
so who are we voting for?
Greens want the 16 year olds to vote...not because they believe that they shape the future but because they are young and idealist.
Libs and Labor are no different...it is about selling your arse to win
to what benefit the country as a whole?
we vote...we get a politician...the politician supports an ideology...or is forced to.
and our choice is what?
simply pick the best that brings long term prosperity to the country.
The party that holds hard work and commitment above idealism
The party that values a social conscience as important as the right to rule
the part that truly says and believes that those less fortunate have an equal right to the joys of life
The party that says those that work hard should not be penalised by those that refuse to or can't put in the endeavour
The part that encourages growth not demands equality
The party that says a soap box is our democratic right and we should not be silenced
oh f%$K it...just a party would be good :)
this post will self destruct in 5...4...3...
