Do some research! The GOLD has been mined for a long time and it is a strategicaly vital place for the Military and OIL. Its also part of the Strategic plan for the U.S. to have total control over the Middle East. How many regimes has the U.S. and U.K. put in place and then taken down over the years, how far back do you want to go! The U.S. has openly admitted to supplying the Syrian Rebels with arms probably through Saudi. I don't mind if you want to keep thinking there is no other reason than a dedication to a free world that the U.S. is there then by all means keep believing that.
