The biggest impediment to the SP ATM is this shortfall. Not really pleased with the way they've handled it to be honest. If the jv is announced with this shortfall still 'open', our sp will be suppressed. They should hurry up and end it now ahead of the pfs being complete. Whoever heard of a company offering the shortfall out piecemeal to small investors like this - its a first for me and the market will question the quality of the company and the board. It's in our collective best interests to have this squared away one way or the other for certainty. It's also directly behind the recent slump in our sp in a time where speculation should see it on the march. Why would anybody but on market if you can apply with the company for 5c shares??
