Yes, agree that spot not going in the right direction - suspect it may be that the leaks at Fukushima are creating uncertainty about the restart plans in Japan which has an impact on fuel consumption. Maybe closures in the USA (cheap gas) also in the mix but that really is marginal. However the belief is that Japan's economy has no choice but to deal with the restarts and therefore the politicians must find a way forward with nuclear one way or another.
in terms of price recovery - not really a matter of if, more about when...
