    Couldn't agree more.

    It is frustrating that the process is taking this long. However, I have no personal experience with this so have no idea how long it may take.

    Despite this, the facts were that the company stated they expected it to be favourable and the appeal dismissed. So I still remain optimistic.

    If the decision doesn't go our way, then I would imagine some questions would need to be asked.
